It is not enough for us to complete a project without returning to evaluate the facility's performance as well as the design team's success. We call this process Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE). We generally conduct it concurrently with our 1-year warranty inspection. We interview the client's design team players to grade our quality, effectiveness, and interactivity throughout the design and construction process.

We also pay close attention to the facility's condition. Is it functioning as intended? What do the users like and dislike? Are there clues to problems - such as informal signs giving directions or instructions? In short, we want every project to be better than the one before and to be an even closer fit to users' needs. After over 400 projects, the POEs have given us knowledge and insight that our competitors simply don't have.
